About the Author
Built Hard is designed to let you visualize what an exercise
will feel like when you do it correctly. There are routines and
exercises for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced
bodybuilders. The exercises are broken down into areas of
the body so you can focus on the body parts that have
trouble spots. There are unified routines to give you in-
season or off-season plans that work to develop real natural
mass in your body.

As the outline to the left shows, the book is organized into
three parts. These are the bodybuilding universal elements,
the essential body part specific routines, and the advanced
techniques to make you a winner. The book also includes an
insightful Foreward by Ken Norton, the former Heavy
Weight Champion boxer, which he wrote after a chance
meeting with the author. The author greatly appreciated his
written comments after reading the final draft.
